Who’s behind Vantis
Vantis was founded by practitioners working in governance, risk, and compliance. Between them, our instructors bring over a decade of experience across regulated financial services, education, cybersecurity consulting, and enterprise IT, including second-line security risk oversight, NIST implementation, ISO 27001 recertification and ISMS remediation programmes, and cyber resilience programme development for major financial market infrastructure providers.
Our instructors hold CISM, CISA, and CRISC certifications, postgraduate qualifications in cybersecurity, and certification as ISO 27001:2022 Lead Implementers and ITIL v3 practitioners. The same team writes and maintains the Marketplace documentation packages, drawing on the programmes they have implemented and been audited against.
Why Vantis exists
Much of the GRC training available is either generic awareness content delivered as pre-recorded video, or exam cram material written by people who have not worked through an audit, risk assessment, or incident themselves. Vantis was set up to offer an alternative: training built by people who do this work day to day, for people who want to pass the exam and be competent in the role afterwards. The Marketplace applies the same principle to documentation: policies, standards, and procedures written by people who have had to operate them.
Built by people who do the work, for people who want to do it well.
